Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, opened pet treats, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Shaggy Dawg error or defective product.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
